Anser U2 Encoder Kit 400 DPI is for Anser U2 thermal inkjet printers, including the Pro-S, SmartOne and Smart. An encoder is an absolute must have in two instances:
- Any barcoding applications, QR, 2D, Data Matrix or standard barcodes require an encoder to insure precise dot placement needed for consistent readability.
- Whenever line speeds are inconsistent. An encoder will eliminate the possibility of stretched or compressed prints.
